01

Context

RAYEK is a platform built to capture, analyze, and visualize public sentiment in real time — across regions, topics, and demographics.

02

Challenge

Public opinion data is scattered, noisy, and rarely actionable. Organizations needed a way to see what people actually think, not just what algorithms chose to surface.

03

Thinking

We realized the problem wasn't data collection — it was trust and clarity. The platform needed to make opinion data legible without oversimplifying it, and transparent enough that users could trace any insight back to its source.

04

Direction

Build a living dashboard: real-time sentiment maps, topic clustering, and demographic breakdowns — all anchored by a methodology layer that shows exactly how each signal is weighted.

05

Making

We designed the brand identity, the product UX, the data visualization system, and the backend architecture. Every chart uses a custom rendering engine optimized for large-scale sentiment streams.

06

System

The brand connects to the product through a shared visual language: concentric rings represent the expansion of a single opinion into a collective signal. The same rings animate across the dashboard, the marketing site, and exportable reports.

07

Outcome

RAYEK launched with three institutional partners. Within six months, it was processing over 2M sentiment signals daily and had been cited in two national policy reports.

08

Reflection

The biggest lesson: transparency isn't a feature you add at the end — it's an architectural decision. Designing the methodology layer first made every downstream decision clearer.
